PROBLEM: You have difficulty memorizing the Bible, or maintaining the discipline to continue doing it.
The Topical Memory System (TMS) is a great way to learn how to memorize key portions of the Bible. It is set up with a simple effective method for teaching you how to memorize Bible verses. It comes with cards printed with verses that you can carry with you. This enables you to utilize spare moments by reviewing the Bible verses that you have memorized. The cards are in all major modern versions of the Bible. The memory verses are set up in five key areas of practical basic Christianity: How to live the life as a new Christian; How to share your faith (simple gospel outline); God’s resources; Be Christ’s disciple and Grow in Christ-likeness. Within each of the five topics are 12 verses.
After you have learned a certain number of verses, the TMS teaches you how to review and keep accurate and updated on the verses you already know while continuing to learn new verses. After you have learned these 60 verses, you will have a solid foundation for your Christian life. More than that, you will have learned how to memorize and will be able to build on the base of 60 verses with other verses from the Bible that God wants you to memorize.
